Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the unwavering support and encouragement of my parents. From a young age, they instilled in me the belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to. They allowed me the freedom to pursue my goals, supported my decisions, and were by my side throughout my education and career journey. Their guidance and faith in me have been a constant source of motivation and confidence.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that no job is truly stable—what matters most is your ability to perform and add value. Staying relevant comes from continuously honing your skills, adapting to change, and consistently delivering results.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be persistent and proactive. Invest in learning as much as you can—not just about regulations in the United States, but about the global landscape and emerging therapies—so you understand where you can make an impact. Equally important is to believe in yourself. If you have a dream or a goal, pursue it with confidence, and don’t let anyone’s perceptions or biases hold you back, regardless of your background or experiences.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field stem from the ever-changing landscape, particularly in generic drug manufacturing. Rising raw material costs and intense competition make it essential to maintain reliable clients and partners who value quality and consistency over speed or price alone. At the same time, there are opportunities in adopting new technologies that enhance efficiency and streamline processes, allowing companies to stay competitive while delivering high-quality products.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty and transparency, flexibility, and maintaining an attitude of gratitude. I also strive to practice servant leadership—putting others first and supporting those around me to help them succeed.
