01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith and my belief in God. Knowing that He is in control gives me strength and perspective, especially during challenging times. I have learned that every season, whether difficult or rewarding, brings opportunities for growth, and that there is always something positive to be found in every situation.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is not to be afraid of pursuing what you truly want to do. Taking risks and stepping outside of your comfort zone can open doors to opportunities you may never have imagined. I’ve found that having the courage to follow your goals, even when the path is uncertain, is often the key to personal and professional growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be lifelong learners. Stay curious, be open to learning from everyone and every experience, and view every challenge as an opportunity to grow.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating industry regulations and requirements efficiently while ensuring compliance. At the same time, there are significant opportunities to expand partnerships with high schools and reach new audiences. As an author, I also see tremendous opportunity in using digital platforms to connect with people, share my experiences, and make an impact. While others may share similar messages, everyone has a unique voice, and there are people who need to hear your perspective and story.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, trust, and confidence. I believe in being genuine and dependable, building trust with others, and having confidence in myself and my abilities. These values help create strong relationships and provide a foundation for personal and professional growth.
