About Shivani
Shivani Tetali began her career in research after earning a master's degree in microbiology from India and a master's in molecular biology with a business enterprise minor through the PSM program at Northeastern University, from which she graduated in 2017. She started as a research associate at Indigo Ag in 2017 and spent six and a half to seven years there, progressing into strategic product and alliance management roles focused on end-to-end product development in agricultural technology. She later transitioned to FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, where she serves as Senior Manager for Strategic Client Relations and AI Integration, bridging client needs with manufacturing teams and leading AI initiatives such as a Quality Intelligence bot that earned her an Excellent Award. Shivani holds certifications including product leadership training and Scrum Master, and she is enrolled in an AI accelerator program. She has also led development and engineering teams in a nonprofit setting.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself and break through imposter syndrome quickly, as it is very real for women. Don't hesitate to move ahead even if you feel you don't belong in certain rooms. Identify toxic environments or bosses early and prioritize your mental and emotional health by not giving the benefit of the doubt.
