Silvia Panther serves as Founder and CEO of AI Accounting Group, based in Salem, Oregon. She entered the accounting field in 2010 and progressed through multiple roles, including account technician, senior accountant, accounting manager, and controller. After earning her degree from OSU, Panther founded her company to address the repetitive nature of accounting tasks by implementing AI and rule-based automation. Her approach allows businesses, particularly smaller ones without dedicated controllers, to handle exceptions only while the system manages consistent chores such as bank reconciliations. This enables owners to focus on client relations and growth rather than manual processes. Panther's vision stems from her own experiences as a controller, where she sought to scale solutions beyond a single organization to benefit many companies across industries.
