Sommer Manns
I’m a devoted follower of Jesus and incredibly thankful for the life He’s blessed me with as a wife, mom, Nahnee, and proud dog mom. My husband and I love traveling together, cheering on our favorite sports teams, soaking up live music, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a proud Texas A&M fan, I value tradition, community, and making meaningful memories wherever life takes us.
I have a heart for bringing people together and creating spaces filled with love, celebration, and connection. One of my biggest dreams is to one day live by the beach, own music and wedding venues, and build a life and legacy centered on faith, family, joy, and hospitality. Whether it’s hosting gatherings, supporting the people I love, or simply enjoying the little moments, I believe life is best lived with gratitude, laughter, and a strong foundation of faith.

What do you attribute your success to?
God leads my path, and I trust His guidance while putting in the work to pursue my purpose. I’m grateful for the support and wisdom of my mentors, Scott Handy and Jake Griffith, and for the love and strength of my family, who mean everything to me.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Your place at the table was built through hard work, not handed to you. Stay humble, lead with intention, and let your actions and dedication speak for themselves.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up. You don’t have to tear others down to achieve success—true success comes from hard work, integrity, and staying true to who you are. Don’t let anyone dim your light or make you question your worth. Stay focused on your goals, trust God’s timing, and keep putting in the work even when no one is watching.
There will always be challenges, opinions, and people who doubt you, but don’t allow negativity to distract you from your purpose. Keep moving forward with humility, confidence, and determination. Your journey, your resilience, and the way you carry yourself through adversity are inspiring more people than you realize. Someone is watching your story and finding hope, strength, and motivation through the example you set every single day.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face in my career is balancing ambition with staying grounded in faith, family, and purpose. I’m constantly striving to grow, create opportunities, and build a meaningful future, while also making sure I’m present for the people who matter most.
Another challenge is staying focused and confident in a world full of comparison, opinions, and distractions. I’ve learned that success isn’t about competing with others—it’s about staying true to your values, continuing to work hard, and trusting God’s timing for your life.
Leadership also comes with responsibility. Being someone others look to for encouragement and inspiration means I have to lead with integrity, humility, and consistency, even during difficult seasons. But through every challenge, I continue to learn, grow, and trust that every obstacle is preparing me for something greater.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are faith, integrity, family, loyalty, humility, and hard work. I believe in trusting God’s guidance, treating people with kindness and respect, and always staying true to my word and character.
Family is at the center of everything I do, and I value creating meaningful relationships and memories with the people I love. In my work, I believe success should never come at the expense of others. I value leadership, accountability, and encouraging the people around me to grow and succeed as well.
I also believe in perseverance and staying grounded no matter how much success comes your way. I want the way I live, lead, and treat others to reflect gratitude, purpose, and authenticity every single day.
