Her Interview

Ten minutes with Staci

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance, resilience, and an unwavering sense of purpose. Although my journey began with significant personal challenges, I remained committed to proving to myself that I was worthy of success and that my experiences could serve a greater purpose. By staying motivated, embracing every obstacle as an opportunity for growth, and remaining focused on my mission, I have been able to transform adversity into strength. Those experiences continue to inspire my work and fuel my passion for empowering others to recognize their own value, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, purpose-driven lives.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to never give up. Every meaningful career comes with setbacks, obstacles, and moments of uncertainty, especially in the early stages. Success isn't defined by avoiding challenges but by having the perseverance to keep moving forward despite them. By remaining committed to your goals and continuing to grow through each experience, opportunities begin to unfold, often in ways you never anticipated.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up. Building a career in coaching can come with setbacks, challenges, and moments of self-doubt, especially when you're just getting started. Stay committed to your purpose, continue learning, and trust the value you bring to others. Persistence, resilience, and a willingness to grow through every experience will open doors and create opportunities that may not be visible at the beginning of your journey. Success comes to those who remain focused, authentic, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the coaching industry today is building visibility and earning the trust of prospective clients in an increasingly competitive and digital marketplace. While marketing platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook provide valuable opportunities to reach new audiences, success ultimately depends on establishing credibility, communicating an authentic message, and consistently demonstrating value. For coaches, the opportunity lies in refining their voice, sharing meaningful content, and cultivating genuine relationships that inspire confidence and lead to lasting client connections.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are authentic connection, trust, and open communication. I believe trust is built through honest conversations, active listening, and a genuine desire to understand another person's perspective, feelings, and needs. By giving others my full attention, communicating with empathy, and fostering mutual respect, I strive to create meaningful relationships that encourage growth, collaboration, and lasting positive impact.
