She currently leads business development efforts at Reserve Construction, overseeing growth initiatives across multiple companies within the organization. With a career spanning real estate, development, and construction, Stephanie has built a reputation for her ability to cultivate strong client relationships and drive strategic growth in both commercial and industrial projects. Before joining Reserve Construction, Stephanie gained extensive experience in real estate and development, holding both Colorado and Texas real estate licenses and working with several general contractors. She and her husband also co-owned a business for 15 years, providing her with entrepreneurial insights that inform her approach to business development and client engagement. Her professional focus emphasizes networking, relationship building, and hands-on involvement in every stage of the sales and development process. Stephanie holds a double major in Marketing and Business Management from Portland State University and has earned certificates in Hotel and Resort Management and Restaurant/Food Service Management, alongside an associate degree from Colorado State University. 01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the inspiration and support of my parents and husband, whose hard work and dedication have shaped my drive. And being a great role model to my 3 children. Strong mentors have guided me along the way, and through my own efforts. I’ve built a reputation in this industry, driven sales, and positioned my company to pursue meaningful opportunities—an experience that has been both challenging and deeply rewarding.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to step out of your comfort zone. It’s in those moments that you learn the most, discover new skills, and truly understand what you’re capable of achieving.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be confident and driven.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The opportunities I have in the field leaves it limitless to helping my company continue with upward growth, there is a lot of competition but the amount of growth happening in DFW is not slowing down anytime soon. The organizations that are offered within the industry are nothing short of amazing.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are hard work, integrity, and family. I’m inspired by the dedication of those around me and strive to bring the same commitment to both my professional and personal life. Balancing these with my passions, like travel and pickleball, keeps me grounded and motivated.
