Stephanie Leveling
Stephanie Leveling is a seasoned commercial landscape professional and industry leader with over 30 years of experience in landscape industry, snow and ice management, and client relations. She currently serves as a Brand Ambassador and Client Relations Specialist at The Integra Group, a company known for its business management solutions tailored to the landscape and snow industries. Stephanie also co-hosts Coffee On The PEAK, a morning show dedicated to uplifting stories and industry insights, where she highlights the value of skilled trades and empowers professionals in the green and snow industries.
With a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness with Horticultural Sequence from Illinois State University, Stephanie’s career spans roles from Account Manager to Division Manager, where she led multimillion-dollar portfolios and delivered consistent growth. She is an active voice for women in the trades, serving on both the NALP Workforce Council and the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association Women's Networking Group. Stephanie is passionate about mentoring the next generation and giving back to her community through her volunteer work with Moms on a Mission, which supports the homeless and families in need across the St. Louis Metro East region.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep passion for empowering women to thrive in traditionally male-majority fields, along with a commitment to leading by example and creating opportunities for the next generation in the trades.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust your instincts—there’s nothing to lose unless you don’t try.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, teamwork, and passion are core values for me—whether running our turf and landscape business with my husband, cheering on my son’s football games, or staying loyal to the Packers, I believe in showing up with commitment and heart in everything I do.
