What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, curiosity, and learning by doing—starting in fast-paced telecom deployments, moving into construction and theme parks, and embracing every challenge as an opportunity to grow and master complex, cross-functional projects.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to embrace hands-on learning, stay curious, follow through on commitments, and become a dependable leader in high-stakes environments.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are persistence, hard work, and resiliency, paired with a strong drive to support the next generation—especially women and young professionals—through guidance, representation, and advocacy. I lead differently from many, but I always ensure tasks are completed successfully.
