Her Story

About Suha

Suha is a global business leader, mentor and lifelong student of human behavior whose journey has spanned four continents, executive leadership and deep personal transformation. As an executive in biotech, she spent decades leading in high performance environments while quietly carrying the belief that staying small and silent was the safest way to move through the world. Her path into self-awareness, nervous system healing and inner child work radically changed the way she understands leadership, relationships, identity and emotional well-being. Today, Suha is passionate about exploring the invisible patterns that shape our lives – the survival strategies we mistake for personality, and the ways unresolved emotional experiences quietly influence how we love, lead, speak and connect. Through honest storytelling and deep reflections, she brings a grounded and compassionate perspective to conversations about healing, self-awareness, emotional regulation and what it truly means to feel safe enough to become fully ourselves.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Suha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a journey from achievement to purpose and contribution. After 35 years, I am focused on giving back, helping others develop self-awareness, understand themselves, and move beyond ego toward greater purpose. My values of helping, belonging, achievement, and authenticity guide me, along with my belief that every person matters just as they are.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve embraced is that I matter just as I am. My worth is not defined by titles, promotions, achievements, or others’ approval. This perspective has helped me choose curiosity over certainty, presence over performance, and self-awareness over perfection. I’ve learned that meaningful leadership and growth begin with understanding ourselves and approaching our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to remember that you matter just as you are and have nothing to prove to anyone. Be authentic, focus on making a meaningful contribution, and don’t pursue the corporate ladder simply for status. Instead, prioritize helping your team, supporting your organization, and creating a positive impact.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is moving beyond representation toward true belonging, particularly for women navigating gender, culture, and identity. Organizations need to create psychologically safe environments where diverse voices are genuinely valued. Leaders who combine strong performance with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, connection, and authentic leadership have a powerful opportunity to transform both workplace culture and results.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are helping, belonging, achievement, authenticity, curiosity, connection, and self-care. I believe that prioritizing my own well-being allows me to show up fully for others, lead by example, and make a meaningful impact in both my work and personal life.
