Tami Fowler is an accomplished retail leader with over a decade of experience in multi-unit management, team development, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Convenience Store Leader at 7-Eleven and Manager at K&G Petroleum, LLC, Tami has built a strong reputation for driving results while fostering a people-first culture. Her expertise spans sales management, visual merchandising, employee training, and compliance, all underpinned by a deep commitment to community impact. She holds a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s in Human Services and Sociology from Black Hills State University, combining her passion for leadership and social responsibility.

Throughout her career, Tami has led teams across nationally recognized brands such as 7-Eleven, Claire’s, and Dressbarn, where she consistently exceeded sales goals and improved operational performance. Her hands-on leadership style emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and empowering employees to reach their full potential. At 7-Eleven, Tami’s leadership extended beyond business performance—she launched and sustained a food bank donation initiative, helping local communities and setting a nationwide example by achieving record-breaking participation in charitable programs.
