And makes decisions from alignment and not fear. Her influence isn't loud, but it's strong, it's bold. Because she leads from resilience and not survival. That is what being an influential woman means to me.What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Tanea Montgomery : What is one piece of advice I would give to a younger woman chasing their dreams? I would say. Count every loss, win, failure as a stepping stone to your destiny. We are not the author of our journey. But if you keep chasing your dreams, believe in yourself. Get the haters out of your head. Know who you are. You will become successful. Keep pushing.

Take ownership of your trajectory. No organization will care more about your future than you.

Build clinical judgement, not just task skills. Always be coachable. Respect the learning curve.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Information Overload and Cognitive Fatigue. Early burnout signals.
