What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value to me is trusting our inner compass and living the life that's calling our soul. The heart message of my book and my work is that in happiness we may rise and fall, but in peace, we flow with it all. I believe that happiness is merely another emotional state, but when we can design a life that allows us peace, then we come into our grounding, we come into our flow of life. I'm passionate about encouraging people to take their power back and reclaim America's health, and I want to bring the message to people to take the action steps to design the lives that's calling their soul. I proved through my own lifestyle change that it's possible to get off medications and achieve incredible health - my doctor said my blood work was absolutely incredible and that I proved that lifestyle change is where it's at.
