Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents. Their unwavering support and unconditional love have been the foundation of everything I’ve accomplished. They’ve always believed in me, even during the toughest moments, and that belief has pushed me to keep striving.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but powerful: *you need to motivate you.* External validation can come and go, but long-term success depends on finding that internal drive. You have to be your own biggest advocate and keep pushing forward—even when no one’s watching.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is: never give up. Set clear goals, stay focused, and follow through—even when the path gets tough. Persistence and self-belief will carry you further than anything else.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my career is learning to delegate. As someone who takes pride in getting things done efficiently, it can be hard to let go of control. But I’ve come to realize that trusting your team and empowering others is essential—not just for your own growth, but for theirs as well. It's an ongoing opportunity to lead with confidence while fostering collaboration.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Work-life balance is one of the values I hold most strongly, both professionally and personally. I believe in working hard, but also in knowing when to step back, recharge, and take time for yourself. Whether it's taking a day off to reset or spending time on the golf course or at a baseball game, I’ve found that stepping away occasionally helps me return with more focus, energy, and perspective.
