Tari Baron
Tari Barron is an accomplished Business Development Manager with more than three decades of experience in the automotive finance and financial services industry. A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, Tari has built a reputation for excellence in sales, negotiation, and dealer relationship management, holding leadership roles with respected organizations such as Hyundai Capital America, Golden 1 Credit Union, and Citizens One. Her expertise spans commercial lending, banking, credit analysis, and sales strategy, making her a trusted partner to dealerships and financial institutions alike.
Tari’s career began in 1987 after a friend introduced her to the automotive finance world and challenged her with how difficult the role could be. Instead of being discouraged, she embraced the opportunity and quickly found her passion. Known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and consistent top performance, she has been recognized as a leader in her markets and a mentor to others. Tari loves what she does and remains deeply committed to her work, planning to continue doing what she’s passionate about for as long as she can.
