Originally from Moldova, she pursued university studies in diplomacy before relocating to the United States more than a decade ago. Her career began in luxury hospitality, where she developed exceptional customer service, team collaboration, and relationship-building skills while working in guest-focused environments. Over time, her passion for personal growth and holistic well-being led her to transition into the wellness industry, where she found a meaningful way to combine her love of helping people with her professional experience.

As the founder of an independent wellness business, Tatiana designs and facilitates transformative experiences through yoga, Reiki healing, mindfulness practices, sound healing, chanting, healing circles, retreats, and customized mala bead creation. A certified yoga instructor with over 200 hours of training and a certified Reiki practitioner, she is dedicated to making mindfulness accessible to people from all walks of life. Through her work at beachfront hotels, wellness studios, community gatherings, and private events, she creates welcoming spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, process emotions, and cultivate greater balance and inner peace.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to following what I genuinely love and allowing that passion to guide my path. Creating malas is both a creative and meditative practice for me, bringing a sense of purpose and fulfillment that has never felt like work. Motherhood also profoundly influenced my journey, inspiring me to embrace mindfulness and support other mothers through challenges I have personally experienced. Everything I teach comes from my own experiences and growth, which allows me to connect with others authentically and share what has truly helped me along the way.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always invest in yourself and view every experience as an opportunity to learn. Challenges and obstacles often carry valuable lessons, so rather than avoiding difficult situations, I’ve learned to lean into them. Whenever I’ve felt stuck, facing the problem directly has helped me uncover new insights, discover inner strength, and find a path forward. Time and again, those moments of discomfort have led to some of my greatest growth.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are authenticity, community, personal growth, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Whether through yoga, mindfulness, energy work, creating malas, or facilitating healing circles, my goal is to help people feel safe, supported, and free from social pressure so they can connect more deeply with themselves. I am passionate about lifelong learning, travel, motherhood, and understanding human behavior, all of which influence my work. Seeing people leave my classes feeling calmer, more grounded, and more aligned with who they truly are is incredibly rewarding and serves as the driving force behind everything I do.
