I attribute my success to determination, passion, and a willingness to embrace new experiences. My journey began working in a wine tasting room, where I developed strong customer service skills and a deep appreciation for building meaningful connections foundations that have guided me throughout my professional career.

I would advise young women entering my industry to be proactive in learning as much as possible and to embrace opportunities to educate others, especially customers, as sharing knowledge not only builds trust but also strengthens your own expertise.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are delivering the highest quality care and service to every person I encounter, and sharing knowledge whether it’s educating others about wine so they can appreciate more than just cocktails, or guiding and supporting those around me in meaningful ways.
