Tatiana Rudina is a founder and a Principal Agent of Rudina Insurance Agency Inc. and a health insurance professional.
With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, she brings deep expertise, integrity, and a people-first approach to every client she serves.
She began her career in Moscow, Russia, where she started as a client manager in a small property and casualty brokerage firm. Her exceptional organizational and client management skills quickly propelled her into the role of Key Account Manager and later to Business Development Director.
Tatiana holds dual bachelor's degrees in Insurance and Economics from the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics and the All-Russian Finance & Economics Institute. Fluent in both English and Russian, she brings a multicultural approach to her work and is deeply committed to customer satisfaction and ethical service. Outside of her professional pursuits, she has volunteered for children's causes and remains passionate about supporting and educating her clients every step of the way.
After relocating to the USA she found a true professional calling: helping individuals and families access quality health insurance. Over the past seven years, she has guided more than 1,000 families and individuals through the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system, ensuring they receive coverage that protects their health and financial well-being. She believes that medical insurance is not just a policy—it’s a vital safeguard against unexpected expenses that can impact a family’s future.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and mentorship. She strongly believes that women should uplift, support, and empower each other. My journey has taught me that success is not built overnight—it is shaped by resilience, integrity, and the courage to stay true to your purpose. I am driven by a deep desire to create opportunities not only for myself but also for other women who aspire to grow and lead. Every challenge I’ve faced has strengthened my spirit and deepened my belief that obstacles are simply stepping stones to becoming who we are meant to be. The best career advice I’ve ever received came not just in words, but through the support and mentorship of Lea Fruchter. As a business partner, she believed in me, offered me an incredible opportunity, and helped lay the foundation I’ve been able to build on. Her guidance, generosity, and big heart made a lasting impact—not only in helping me grow my business, but also in showing me the power of lifting others up along the way.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is this: set clear goals, and back them with hard work, determination, and self-belief. Stay focused, remain consistent, and don’t lose sight of what you're working toward. Most importantly, support and uplift other women along the way—there’s power in growing together.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I live and work guided by values that inspire purpose — integrity, a client-first mindset, discipline, creativity, consistency, and a devotion to continuous growth. These principles shape not only my professional path but also the way I approach life, reminding me that true success is built through passion, perseverance, and an open heart. My background in music — from graduating from a music school in Russia to now exploring house music and learning to DJ — continually reminds me of the power of passion and persistence in every journey. Whether in business or in life, I believe in staying open to new challenges, expressing myself authentically, and embracing every opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve.
