About Teresa

Teresa Glenn is the Sales Director at TreVista Senior Living and Memory Care in Antioch, California, where she has dedicated the past six years to helping families find the right senior living solutions. Her career in senior living began after surviving breast cancer, an experience that inspired her to pursue meaningful work centered on helping others. Teresa initially joined TreVista as a sales assistant and quickly advanced to Sales Director, guiding residents and their families through transitions with compassion, trust, and expertise.

Deeply committed to the well-being of seniors, Teresa ensures that every resident thrives in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. She works closely with her executive director and cross-functional teams, including wellness and life enrichment staff, to provide personalized care that promotes dignity, independence, and peace of mind. Her focus on both residents and their families reflects her philosophy that exceptional senior living is about community, connection, and trust.

Beyond her professional role, Teresa is an active community leader. She served as the 2025 President of the Antioch Chamber of Commerce and holds leadership roles with the Young Ladies Grand Institute and her local church, where she teaches children preparing for sacraments. In her personal life, she cherishes time with her husband and their two rescue dogs, valuing family, service, and meaningful connections both at work and at home.
