What do you attribute your success to?
Resilience- learning how to position yourself past adversity and challenges believing that you will triumph in the end. Life can get you down and often people help fuel your self doubt. As women who don’t know how to uplift one another. We have been trained to take the rejection and no use it as guide for self reflection or motivation.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Fail Forward. We all get knocked down in life but it up to us to dust ourselves off and pick ourselves back up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Chase your dreams but be prepared to face adversity as the economy is the weakest it’s been in years.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in social business is getting diversity recognized as a necessary component of today’s business environment.
