About Theresa

I am a development, sales, and strategic planning professional with over two decades of experience in nonprofit development, retail sales leadership, and enterprise account management, currently serving as Development Coordinator at Compassion House NWA, a role I have held since April 2026, where I lead fundraising and development initiatives to support the organization's mission. I also serve as Missions Director at SOCO CHURCH, a part-time role I have held since January 2026.

Prior to these roles, I spent over five years at Numerator in progressively responsible roles, including Retail Strategic Accounts Team Lead for over two years, Walmart Team Lead for over one year, and Senior Director of Enterprise Sales for over two years, where I led strategic sales initiatives and managed enterprise client relationships.

Before joining Numerator, I spent nearly fourteen years at The NPD Group in progressively responsible roles, including Sales Planning and Operations Director for the Retail Business Group, where I strategized and managed new processes to improve team efficiencies and grow sales, Team Leader for Sam's Club and Walmart Enterprise Initiatives, Director of the Walmart Softlines Team, Account Manager for Walmart Home and Apparel, and Account Manager for PepsiCo and Anheuser-Busch. Earlier in my career, I served as Associate Consultant and Assistant Consultant at EffectiveBrands for over two years.

Across my career in nonprofit development, retail sales, and strategic planning, my work has been driven by a commitment to building strong relationships, driving growth, and creating impact through strategic leadership and collaboration. Whether I am leading fundraising and development initiatives, managing strategic accounts, or directing sales planning, I bring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a dedication to achieving results that support organizational success. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue serving my community and clients through my work at Compassion House NWA and SOCO CHURCH.
