Tiana Jones is a multifaceted entrepreneur, CEO, founder, president, musical artist, film producer, director, and humanitarian representing Austin, Texas. She started her business, Cali Girl Books LLC, in 2020 during the pandemic. The company operates across publishing, books, music, all arts, media, technology, distribution, film, software, marketing, and advertisement. It also includes a digital radio station called Universal Revolutionary Healing and an upcoming TV network under the same trademarked umbrella. Jones leads two global peace movements, All Lives Do Exist and Women's Lives Do Exist for Equality, which promote equality, hope, and positive energy with 316 global peace brand ambassadors across 151 countries. Her professional background includes project leadership and community-focused initiatives. She earned a high school diploma through the Graduation Alliance program and a bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration on technology and media from the University of Phoenix. She is completing a master's in criminal justice and security in March. Jones has received 4 honorary doctorate awards, 268-plus international awards, and a World Health Organization award during the pandemic. She is a member of the Global Law Thinker Society and maintains multiple global alliances and partnerships focused on peace.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I went through a lot as a child and as a backstory. I felt that if I was to be worthy with purpose, there would be ethics of work behind it. And then my work would speak for itself. I felt that in order to wake the people up that I believed in and I loved, or the people that I knew had, you know, just they just needed God, they just needed love and light. The only way I could do it was to work really, really, really hard to show them that existence of what, you know, I was, or what this was, or where there was energy to be preceded in purpose. So, I just feel that we just gotta continue to spread the light.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do not throw your pearls to the swine. That was probably the best one I could get with also leveraging your network building your Netowrth. Growing as many complete projects as possible shows the value in different streams of income. Having a backend story is the only way people make it in the world where they seek light and truth. Patience is key to developing strategy.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't take hard criticism, as a negative feedback but more or less as a blessing in disguise. We do not know always the path that we think we want but we will be to be understood, because some people don't necessarily get what they want.. Sometimes we don't feel that we as humanity know what we need. So, we all need to have encouragement to be patient and learn that there's more people that have been through Tremendous Pain, Triumph and Tribulation. Circumstances, of showing more light out isn't always seen in the dark, but if humanity does hold on with knowing that their light is within themselves to shine, anything is possible. "They will be able to be the best CEO and the best version of a spiritual Awareness Positive frequency of energy that by doing this anyone can guide themselves with faith of a higher source belief of inspiration deliverance of hope. Spending time getting a break by having peace with loved ones helps build morals, family relationships, ethics, and integrity.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
It is a male-dominant field, but it's not a challenge for me! As a woman, we have so much power and the creative abilities to build a reality of homes, love, light, and many things. Businesses on ambitions show how creative development and managements are handled in and out of boardroom or office... I believe that this is an empowerment time of a shift, where women will take that power within them to grow by empowering each other to use their gifts of light through showing abilities that help make this world a better place.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being the true from awakened unapologetic authentic self as I am, in this space now in my life makes me say proudly and most foremost humbly that I don't want to change that. Even though I have a lot going on, and I'm in this crossover unveiling point in my life with much truth to share I never loose my faith., Now that everything's coming out, I just want to continue to love God, and do what I do best by helping people with my platforms and super powers. I live by those principalities of respecting ethics, integrity, working hard, and, knowing importance is in knowing one's true self is a priceless free will that when nurtured with respect it will continue to flourish. Perseverance through hard times and unexpected obstacles is key to success.

Women are entering a new era of power and possibility. In the times we are living in, as we all awaken to our own frequencies, we may find ourselves focusing primarily on survival. Survival can be understood as an energy that can be difficult to balance, particularly when it comes to our daily emotions, thoughts, and boundaries.
I am here to tell you that the mind is a powerful tool for awareness and can be harnessed intentionally. As women, we hold the keys to understanding what our power truly means in divine timing. The possibilities on the horizon are within reach for those who nurture positive thoughts and emotions.
In my exploration of science and the consistency of energy, I have become interested in how our thoughts and emotions influence our experiences. I believe women can harness and manage their emotional energy in powerful ways. Our persistent reproductive experiences and the many challenges women navigate throughout their lives demonstrate why women deserve to be respected, valued, and cared for—not simply viewed as a desire or want.
Each woman's perception of herself and the world around her is unique. How a woman sees herself in relation to a man, or to other women, is influenced by her own mind, experiences, and perception of reality. Comparing ourselves to other women does not define our purpose, even when we believe the comparison supports a particular theory or idea.
The goal is to focus on ourselves and release negative energy associated with thoughts and emotions such as greed, aggression, and lust. As women, we all have different lifestyles, mindsets, goals, and choices rooted in our own free will.
This article is intended to uplift and encourage you to explore the power of your thoughts and emotions without judgment or comparison. God has made us all different, yet we are created in the likeness of the greatest version of spirit. Believe that anything is possible when it comes to overcoming trauma, mental barriers, fear, and disbelief. We are all accountable for the choices we make. Let this be an example of how our thoughts can shape the way we move through life.
