Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to two decades of hands-on experience in sales, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for what I do. I’ve always thrived in fast-paced, goal-driven environments, and I truly love building relationships and driving results. Before moving to Florida, I taught in New York and discovered a love for developing others—something I’ve carried with me throughout my career. I'm always open to new opportunities where I can continue growing, contributing, and making an impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple yet powerful: **“You can, and you will.”** It reminds me that belief in yourself is the foundation of success. No matter the challenge, maintaining confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset can turn obstacles into opportunities and goals into achievements.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is: **Dream, Believe, Achieve.** Don’t be afraid to set big goals, believe in your abilities, and back that belief with hard work and persistence. Stay curious, speak up, and know that your voice and perspective are valuable. The path may not always be easy, but with confidence and dedication, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the chance to bring fresh perspectives and energy to new teams—especially as I’m currently open to new employment opportunities. The sales landscape is constantly evolving, and companies are looking for adaptable, driven leaders who can navigate change, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. I see this as an exciting time to contribute my experience, embrace new challenges, and help organizations scale with purpose and impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are **hard work, balance, and curiosity**. I believe in giving 100% to everything I do professionally, but also making space to enjoy life outside of work. Whether I’m snorkeling, learning a new language, or spending time with my two cats, I find joy in staying curious and grounded. That balance helps me stay energized, focused, and ready to take on new challenges with purpose and passion.
