What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my adaptability across industries, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to integrate emotional intelligence with technical systems. I believe in maintaining a strong work ethic while leveraging technology to enhance human potential rather than replace it.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to speak up, take up space, and share your expertise with confidence. I encourage pursuing leadership roles even when they feel uncomfortable and to combine technical knowledge with emotional intelligence to make a meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field today is ensuring humans stay at the center of what we do. Also with the mass influx of technology, which I love, we need to prioritize the ethical adoption of AI, addressing workforce resistance to new technologies, and maintaining human connection within increasingly automated systems. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities, including expanding frameworks for AI-human collaboration, modernizing recruitment models, enhancing our workplaces using smarter hiring systems, and scaling workforce innovation on a global level.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, innovation, service, lifelong learning, and making a positive impact in my community are central to both my professional and personal life. I also prioritize balancing technology with human dignity, ensuring that progress never comes at the expense of people. Outside of work, I enjoy off-roading and caring for animals. I’m an avid reader, often exploring multiple books at once across print, digital, and audio formats. Community service is also a passion, allowing me to give back and stay connected to the people and places that matter most.
