Tina Golden

Tina Golden is a leadership‑driven mentor, coach, and corporate professional with more than 30 years of experience in the trucking industry and 15 years dedicated to developing people through coaching, ministry, and community service. Inspired by the legacy of her parents, Lugene and Gloria Golden, she founded L&G Golden LLC and authored a devotional honoring their impact and commitment to the Portland community.

Throughout her career, Tina has built teams, guided leaders, and strengthened organizations through authentic leadership, project management, and talent development. Today, she uses those skills to empower individuals in career coaching, resume development, personal branding, event coordination, and public speaking.

Tina’s work is rooted in integrity, trust, and a deep commitment to cultivating people with purpose. She believes in investing in others—because you never know the impact you may have on their trajectory.

She also provides executive administrative leadership, notably working as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in North Portland.
