The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my husband: never give up on yourself. He constantly encouraged me to keep moving forward, even when I was balancing long hours in healthcare, raising a child, and earning my bachelor's degree during the COVID-19 pandemic. His belief in me taught me that perseverance and determination can help you overcome even the toughest challenges.

Although it has traditionally been a male-dominated field, it offers exciting challenges, continuous learning, and countless opportunities to succeed. One of the biggest challenges in logistics is that it remains a male-dominated industry, but I see that as an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, build credibility, and earn respect through results. As supply chains continue to evolve, there is growing demand for professionals who can solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and adapt to change. For those who embrace challenges and continuous learning, the opportunities in logistics are greater than ever.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are communication, trust, and integrity. I believe strong relationships—both personally and professionally—are built on honest, open communication and mutual trust.
