A reflective exploration of personal growth through feedback from teenage daughters, examining how listening, accountability, and humility transform relationships at home and in the workplace.
Growth isn't about having all the answers. It's about being honest with yourself, giving yourself grace, and having the courage to become who you're capable of being.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Toni
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the people who have supported, encouraged, and guided me throughout my life and career. Building meaningful relationships and having others believe in me have played a big part in my growth. Above all, my family, especially my spouse, has been my greatest source of strength. Their unwavering support and confidence in me have helped me push through moments of self-doubt, take chances, and believe in myself, even when I struggled to do so.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most valuable advice I’ve received is to invest in the relationships you build and never burn a bridge. You may face difficult situations at work or reach a point where it’s time to move on, but how you leave matters. I’ve learned that treating people with respect, maintaining relationships, and leaving on a positive note can open doors you never expected. You never know when your paths may cross again or how those connections may shape your future.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be confident in what you know, and never be afraid to ask questions when you don’t. Seeking clarity is a strength, not a weakness. Stay curious, be open to learning from others, and never assume you know it all. Some of the greatest opportunities for growth come from asking questions, listening, and being willing to learn something new.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is navigating different personalities and perspectives. In Customer Success, building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do. Having worked in Sales as well, I understand how easily miscommunication and misalignment can happen between the two teams. I see bridging that gap as an important opportunity to strengthen collaboration, improve the customer experience, and ensure we are all working toward the same goal.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Accountability is my number one value. I believe in taking ownership of my actions, whether the outcome is good or bad, and being willing to learn from them. Honesty comes second, because trust is the foundation of any strong relationship, and we cannot move forward without it. Compassion is third. We often move so quickly in our personal and professional lives that we forget to give others grace. I try to lead with understanding, remember that everyone has their own challenges, and approach people with empathy and respect.
