I attribute my success to tenacity, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a willingness to continuously learn in an industry that evolves rapidly. Launching Paragon Visual with my husband during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic taught me the value of resilience, translating client needs into practical printing and technology solutions, and treating every customer like a top priority—principles that have allowed our business to thrive and grow.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, Deborah Corn, who encouraged me to seek guidance, trust my expertise, and lean on the support of others to navigate the complexities of the printing and manufacturing industry.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay persistent, keep learning, and not be intimidated by gender barriers. Focus on gaining knowledge, earning certifications, asking questions, and proving your expertise through consistent performance rather than trying to fit into a traditionally male-dominated space.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology, economic uncertainty, and the ongoing need to educate customers, while a major opportunity lies in additive manufacturing—especially 3D printing—for companies ready to embrace this emerging technology.
