Tracy began her professional journey in purchasing and procurement, progressing to procurement lead and manager roles before realizing she wanted a career that offered greater fulfillment. Inspired by her husband and motivated to explore new opportunities, she transitioned into real estate investing while balancing her previous job, attending training, and preparing to launch her business full-time. Her determination and quick success—finding her first property within just two weeks—reflect her dedication, strategic mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Since entering the real estate market, Tracy has purchased 14 homes and acquired her first rental property in Newburyport, Massachusetts, with plans to expand her portfolio steadily. She is committed to continuous growth, aiming to purchase one to two properties per month and secure additional rentals each year. I attribute my success to persistence, strong people skills and relationship-building, a procurement background that helps with sourcing and vendor negotiation, and the practical construction support I receive from my husband.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was encouragement from my family and a fellow franchisee to pursue the franchise and real estate investing opportunity, which inspired me to make the move into this field.

My advice to young women entering real estate investing is to dedicate time and energy, be prepared to work hard and treat it like a full-time pursuit and prioritize building strong relationships while staying persistent.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in real estate investing right now is the competitive, high-priced New England market that makes sourcing and pricing deals difficult, while the opportunity lies in steadily building a rental portfolio and ongoing acquisitions for long-term growth.
