I attribute my success to the incredible support of my husband. His encouragement and partnership have allowed me to pursue my goals with confidence and focus, giving me the foundation to grow both personally and professionally.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is not to wait around for the next person to retire. It taught me to be proactive, seize opportunities, and create my own path rather than waiting for a spot to open up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning. It’s constantly evolving, and staying curious and adaptable is key to growing and thriving in your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is getting buy-in for projects that are constantly evolving. The opportunity lies in staying flexible, communicating clearly, and guiding teams through change to achieve successful outcomes despite shifting circumstances.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is at the center of both my personal and professional life. I value quality time and shared experiences, whether it’s running, reading to my children, or doing creative projects together like painting, stained glass art, and gel pen coloring. These activities keep me grounded, inspire creativity, and remind me of the importance of connection and balance.
