I broke the belief that success belongs to those who collect the most. I believe it belongs to those who give the most and leave the most behind in others.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Trishia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the hard times that shaped me. The moments I thought would break me built my resilience, perseverance, and determination. I lead with grace in my heart and grit in my work, always committed to moving forward.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that honesty is priceless and hard work is a privilege. Strong professionals make others feel valued, and I believe a handshake, a commitment, and your word should always carry meaning.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is not to wait until they feel fearless to pursue their dreams. Courage is not the absence of fear—it is the choice to keep showing up, growing, and leading with integrity. Never underestimate the power of perseverance and authenticity.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in logistics today is uncertainty. Supply chains are constantly affected by weather, market fluctuations, capacity changes, regulations, and unexpected disruptions. Businesses need more than someone who can simply book a truck—they need a trusted partner who communicates clearly, adapts quickly, and protects their interests when plans change.
At the same time, I believe this creates one of our industry’s greatest opportunities. Technology is making logistics faster and more connected than ever, but technology can never replace integrity, relationships, and genuine customer service. Companies still want to work with people they trust—people who answer the phone, keep their word, solve problems, and treat every shipment as if it were their own.
I believe the future of logistics belongs to professionals who combine innovation with a personal commitment to excellence. My goal is to be that kind of partner for every customer I serve.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are trust and integrity. I strive to earn people’s trust, honor it, and never take it for granted. Building meaningful relationships through honesty, respect, and accountability is at the core of how I work and live.
