Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my husband and family, as well as the strong work ethic instilled in me by my parents. The values and guidance I received while growing up have shaped my dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence throughout my career.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this field to take full advantage of educational opportunities and focus on their training for the first couple of years. It’s a rewarding industry, and dedicating yourself to learning early on will pay off in the long run. Try not to get distracted by major life decisions, such as purchasing a home, until you’ve completed your program and are established in your career. Pursue it while you’re young and fully committed.
