Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience and long-term focus, especially in moments when results are not immediate.

As an immigrant from Mexico, I rebuilt my path from the ground up: learning English, navigating a new environment, and sustaining myself while pursuing opportunities. For over a year, I remained fully committed to finding the right professional path in the U.S., approaching each challenge with discipline, adaptability, and persistence until I achieved meaningful results.

This experience shaped not only my work ethic but also a deep sense of empathy both toward others and myself.

Today, I approach both life and work with intention and structure. I prioritize mental clarity through meditation and physical discipline, and I organize my time in focused work cycles to sustain performance over the long term.

I remain committed to continuous growth, regularly investing in learning and development. More than anything, I believe that resilience — combined with clarity and consistency — is what ultimately drives meaningful progress.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values to me are balancing my personal and professional life, being empathetic and understanding with clients and myself, and maintaining strong relationships. I believe when you're a woman, it's very important to have your feminine energy with you, to connect with other women and understand what they need. For example, when a client was stressed during a lunch meeting because of a problem, I told her I understood and suggested we reschedule so we could focus on what she really needed. You need to see what the client needs in that moment. I also value resilience, continuous learning, and challenging myself. I always try to update myself in my career and read business books to improve myself. Starting my day with meditation and setting goals is essential to me, and I make sure to take care of myself through workouts and breathing exercises. I believe in being very focused when working but also making time for personal wellness and family.
