Varsha Kori

Varsha Kori is a Senior UX Designer at Amazon with nearly a decade of experience creating intuitive, accessible digital experiences at global scale. She specializes in shopping accessibility, product strategy, and user-centered design, leading initiatives that have enhanced the experience of more than 600 million users worldwide while contributing to products that generate billions in revenue. Throughout her career, Varsha has been passionate about designing technology that is both innovative and inclusive, ensuring digital products are accessible to people of all abilities.

Originally from India, Varsha earned her master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Information Management from the University of Maryland, where she also contributed to published research and peer-reviewed ACM publications. Since joining Amazon, she has helped shape major customer experiences, including serving as one of the founding designers for Amazon's drone delivery program and leading UX initiatives across search, navigation, and global shopping experiences spanning more than 20 countries. Her collaborative leadership and strategic design thinking have earned her recognition as a trusted voice in product innovation and accessibility.

As a woman of color and first-generation immigrant who pursued higher education and a career abroad, Varsha is deeply committed to helping others succeed. She actively mentors early- and mid-career designers through ADPList, where she has been recognized as one of the platform's Top 50 Global UX Mentors. Dedicated to empowering the next generation of design leaders, particularly women entering the field, Varsha combines technical expertise with a passion for mentorship, believing that thoughtful design and inclusive leadership have the power to improve lives and shape a more equitable digital future.
