Curiosity and resilience have been at the core of my journey. Every idea starts with a question and I’ve learned that asking better questions leads to building better systems. I’ve also been fortunate to work with incredible teams that share a belief in continuous learning, innovation, and impact.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Someone once told me: ‘If you can’t find the path you want, design it.’ That perspective changed how I see my career I stopped waiting for permission and started creating spaces where innovation, inclusion, and purpose could thrive together.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t wait for perfect conditions to start. The tech and AI industry moves fast, and confidence comes from doing, not waiting. Stay curious, keep learning, and bring your unique voice to every room diversity of thought is what drives real innovation.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now, one of the biggest challenges in my field is keeping up with the rapid pace of technological change while ensuring systems remain reliable and scalable. At the same time, this creates incredible opportunities to innovate, build smarter AI-driven solutions, and make a meaningful impact on how businesses operate and make decisions.

The value I prioritize most in both my work and personal life is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I believe that taking care of myself and setting boundaries allows me to perform at my best professionally while also nurturing personal growth and relationships outside of work.
