I attribute my success to learning how to face and grow through my fears. As a child, I was introverted and primarily focused on academics, often avoiding opportunities that required speaking or leadership due to a lack of confidence and personal insecurities, health challenges . Over time, instead of letting these fears hold me back, I chose to confront them by taking on roles that required communication, leadership, and working with diverse people. This shift allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I now see my fears as the very force that pushed me to challenge myself and achieve more than I once thought possible.

The best career advice I’ve received was to "Talk to lots and lots of people, observe them, their paths and then talk to yourself, you will sound different and confident". It came to me by people closest to me who have shaped the way I think and make decisions. They have been very influential—giving honest, direct feedback without sugarcoating, which has taught me to challenge my assumptions, think more critically, and approach problems with a more open and creative mindset. This has significantly strengthened my confidence and decision-making over time.

I would advise young women entering my industry to regularly reassess what they truly want, because goals naturally evolve as you gain experience, and that is completely okay. In my own journey, I’ve realized my interests have shifted—from initially leaning toward storytelling to now wanting to move into more technical work—and I’ve learned to embrace that change rather than resist it. Stay confident, stay updated, and stay connected with people who share similar ambitions, because growth often comes through continuous learning and meaningful conversations. Most importantly, build the mindset to adapt with confidence, as change is constant in any career. My guiding belief is that change is inevitable, so it should never be feared, but embraced.

One of the biggest challenges in my field is adapting to the rapid integration of AI while ensuring solutions remain compliant, transparent, and human-centered, particularly in highly regulated industries such as healthcare and life sciences. As AI becomes embedded into business processes, professionals must understand not only the technology but also data governance, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI practices to ensure decisions remain accurate, explainable, and aligned with business and compliance standards. At the same time, this shift presents significant opportunities to upskill in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making while helping organizations adopt AI responsibly.

My core values are resilience, adaptability, and continuous self-improvement, both in my personal and professional life. I’ve learned to view fear and self-doubt not as limitations, but as signals to push myself forward and grow. Rather than avoiding discomfort, I use it as motivation to take on challenges, learn from diverse environments, and strengthen my communication and understanding of different perspectives. Ultimately, I believe real growth comes from stepping into uncertainty with courage and consistently choosing to move forward despite internal doubts.
