Victoria Eyland
Victoria Eyland is a decisive, results-oriented Senior Director of Visual Merchandising with over 30 years of combined experience in multi-store field visual merchandising, corporate creative services, and visual design for leading DTC and wholesale apparel retailers including Under Armour, Banana Republic, and Coldwater Creek. She is the Owner of Reset Collective LLC, a Certified Pilates Instructor at Pilates Place, and a personal stylist and shopper. Victoria’s expertise lies in transforming retail environments to build brand DNA, enhance the customer experience, and optimize sales through strategic product placement and compelling merchandise presentations. She holds a BA (Hons) in Design Management from The University of Salford and has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business results across specialty apparel, home goods, and sports performance categories.
Victoria’s career highlights include directing visual merchandising strategies across multiple brands and regions, implementing data-driven merchandising plans, and aligning visual strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable results. She excels in coaching teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging competitive analysis to enhance brand storytelling and in-store experiences. Her specialties include visual merchandising strategy, new store openings, team leadership and training, space planning, trend identification, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD. Throughout her career, Victoria has consistently improved store performance, increased foot traffic, boosted conversion rates, and elevated customer engagement.
After her tenure at Under Armour, Victoria founded Reset Collective LLC, inspired by her personal journey through recovery from neck surgeries and her discovery of Pilates. She became certified as a Pilates instructor and began teaching part-time, eventually creating a business offering private sessions, personal styling, and organizational services. Victoria has built a dedicated client base, designing tailored programs to help individuals reset their lives, whether navigating life changes, recovery, or personal wellness goals. Her entrepreneurial approach emphasizes authenticity, community, and holistic client care. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Victoria continues to balance teaching, business operations, and personal development while mentoring and inspiring other women entrepreneurs.
