I attribute my success to my authenticity, strong work ethic, creativity, and my ability to genuinely connect with people and help them feel at ease. Decluttering and organizing can be a deeply personal and, at times, emotional experience, so creating a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and never judged is one of my highest priorities.

My 22-year career at an estate planning and asset protection law firm instilled in me the importance of discretion and confidentiality—qualities that continue to guide every aspect of my work and allow clients to trust me with their homes, personal belongings, and sensitive information.

I chose the name Sacred Spaces by Victoria because I believe the places where we live and work are sacred sanctuaries. They should support our well-being, bring us peace, and reflect who we are. That belief is at the heart of everything I do, and I treat every space I enter with the same care, respect, and attention I would give my own.

The best career advice I've ever received is: "You are never too old to start over." Those words gave me the courage to leave a successful 22-year career and launch my business at 52 years old. It was one of the biggest leaps of faith I've ever taken, and one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made.

Another piece of advice that has stayed with me is: "Always bet on yourself." Skills can be learned, opportunities come and go, but believing in yourself and having the courage to bet on yourself can open doors you never imagined possible.

I would encourage any young woman entering my industry to tune in to her intuition and trust herself. Too often, women grow up receiving messages—from society, the media, and sometimes even those around them—that cause us to question our instincts or underestimate our abilities. Take time to sit quietly with your decisions and notice how they feel in your body. Your intuition is a powerful guide, and I wish someone had encouraged me to trust mine when I was entering adulthood.

Build a business that is aligned with your values, your gifts, and the life you truly want to live—not simply one that follows trends or society's definition of success. For too long, many of us have embraced the philosophy that success requires sacrificing our personal lives and well-being. I believe it is possible to build a fulfilling career without losing yourself in the process. A successful business should support your life, not consume it.

Be financially savvy. If you're self-employed, there will naturally be seasons when business is thriving and others when it slows down. Save during the busy months so you'll have peace of mind during the quieter ones. And don't be afraid to take temporary or part-time work while your business is growing. There is absolutely no shame in supplementing your income while you build the life and career you envision. Building a business is a marathon, not a sprint.

Finally, don't compare your journey to anyone else's. Stay true to your values, continue learning, and trust that authenticity, integrity, consistency, and perseverance will carry you farther than perfection ever will.

Challenges: One of the biggest challenges is building and growing a business from the ground up while working with a limited budget. It requires me to be intentional and creative with every dollar I invest in marketing and business development. There are also seasons when business naturally slows down, and during those times I'm willing to take part-time or temporary work to supplement my income. I don't view that as a setback—I see it as a strategic way to support my long-term vision while continuing to grow my business with patience and purpose.

Opportunities: The opportunities are truly endless. Every phone call I make, every conversation I have, every business card I hand out, and every client I serve is a seed I'm planting. Some seeds sprout quickly, while others take time, but I believe that every genuine connection has the potential to grow into something meaningful. By continuing to show up with consistency, integrity, and heart, I'm confident that those small daily actions will blossom into a sustainable, purpose-driven, and soul-aligned business.

For my clients to know that when I walk into their spaces, I am not in judgment. I am there to alleviate their load, turn their chaos into order, and leave them with an organized and functional space that they can easily maintain.
