01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You don't have to know everything before an opportunity. As women in particular, we can sometimes feel like we need to be completely qualified or have every single answer before we raise our hands. Some of my biggest career growth has happened when I do something new and I just asked a lot of questions and surround yourself with people who know things that you don't. Trust that you can figure it out. Don't underestimate the value of relationships and networking doesn't have to feel transactional. Don't get too attached to having a perfectly linear career path.
