Wendi Charles is a serial entrepreneur, author, speaker, and life coach dedicated to helping individuals discover greater purpose, peace, and fulfillment. Based in Southlake, Texas, Wendi founded Wendi Charles Speaks, where she combines humorous, inspirational, and transformational speaking with life coaching. She is also the CEO of the Purpose for Peace Movement and the founder of Splendidmind Online LLC, a holistic and metaphysical coaching company focused on helping people overcome limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive mindset.

Drawing on more than five decades of professional experience, Wendi has built a diverse career spanning aviation, insurance, business leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development. She spent 25 years with American Airlines/Sabre, ultimately retiring as a B2B manager, while also working for 39 years as a licensed insurance agent. For 18 years, she has served as a certified life coach, supporting people through personal growth and transformation. Her coaching approach incorporates techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Silva Methods, and life coaching, while her broader business expertise includes professional development, motivational speaking, and business consulting.

Wendi is also the author of Be Splendid in Your Day, a self-help book that shares personal techniques and practical guidance for overcoming five common roadblocks: procrastination, fear, regret, lack of clarity, and lack of confidence. Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, she encourages people to pursue their passions while creating greater peace in their lives. Beyond her work, Wendi treasures her family, having been married for more than 48 years, raising two children, and embracing her role as a grandmother of three.
