Yanet Rodriguez is the Founder and PR Ambassador of Link2LatinosBusiness, a business dedicated to empowering Latino entrepreneurs through public relations, business consulting, and community outreach. Founded to address language and access barriers within Nashville's growing Latino business community, Link2LatinosBusiness helps entrepreneurs establish strong foundations by providing guidance on business licensing, registration, insurance, branding, and operational readiness. Through her leadership, Yanet also represents Latino-owned businesses at networking events and community functions, creating opportunities for greater visibility and long-term success.

Having lived in Nashville for more than 22 years, Yanet has built a reputation as a passionate advocate for small businesses and community development. She holds academic degrees earned in Mexico, a U.S. GED, and multiple professional certifications, including the Entrepreneur Leadership Program, as well as certifications through HOPE, NDIC, and a Hispanic Chamber program. She is an active member of the Tennessee Latin American Chamber (TLAC) and has volunteered with numerous organizations, including Conexión Américas, the Hispanic Family Foundation, Catholic Charities, Saints of Nashville, Natural Noticias, and Catrinas Tennessee. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping Latino entrepreneurs overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

Before launching Link2LatinosBusiness, Yanet co-founded Triple J Service, a family-owned mobile mechanic business that earned the Community Choice Award for Best Music City Business in the automobile shop category. She has also been recognized with the Orgullo Hispano (Latin Pride) Award from Conexión Américas for her outstanding community service and advocacy. Inspired by mentors Martha Silva, Jessie Garcia, Yolende Saucedo, and Monica Carlos, Yanet attributes her success to discipline, consistency, honesty, and integrity. Today, she continues to strengthen Nashville's Latino business community by creating meaningful connections, expanding opportunities, and helping entrepreneurs build lasting businesses.

Ten minutes with Yanet

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to always having discipline and consistency. I consult to do the best thing for my neighbors and my Latino community. I have lived in Nashville for 22 years and see all the needs. I always want to help my community because we have good people who need only the knowledge to be successful.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always be disciplined and stay focused and believe in your dreams.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always be prepared, always learn, because every day we learn something different and be disciplined.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My biggest challenge is getting people to believe in me. When you have the business owner and you started, nobody believed in you, so nobody wants to hire the new people. That's my biggest challenge: creating the credibility to the big organization.

Delivering good service, being honest, discipline, taking care of the community, integrity and advocacy.
