My advice to young women entering my industry is to know your worth and never underestimate the value you bring. Be confident in your abilities, advocate for yourself, and continue to grow both personally and professionally. At the same time, understand the importance of humility know when to speak, when to be quiet, and when to listen, because some of the greatest lessons and opportunities come from observing, learning, and remaining open to new perspectives.
