Dr. Zandra Harris is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive coach, and leadership professional dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through transformational coaching and personal development. As the Founder and Positive Energy Life Coach of P-NRGY Coaching, LLC, she helps clients navigate life transitions, overcome emotional fatigue, and develop the resilience needed to achieve meaningful personal and professional success. Her expertise spans executive development, organizational leadership, performance improvement, career development, and business strategy, supported by decades of experience leading people and initiatives across diverse industries.

Dr. Harris launched her coaching practice in 2013 after earning her Doctorate in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Phoenix, along with certifications in professional coaching and Positive Psychology. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in her doctoral research on energy, consciousness, and emotions, which she uses to help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and make intentional, lasting changes. She has coached military veterans transitioning from military service to civilian life and is recognized for her ability to guide individuals toward purposeful leadership, emotional well-being, and sustainable growth. She has also completed advanced training in Conversational Intelligence and remains committed to applying evidence-based coaching practices that inspire positive transformation.

Prior to retiring from corporate America in 2024, Dr. Harris built an exceptional career spanning more than four decades with industry leaders including Hughes, General Motors, and Boeing, where she specialized in customer relations, marketing communications, and global event management. Her work took her to every continent, and she has represented organizations through 24 live television broadcasts and three radio appearances. Today, Dr. Harris continues to expand her impact through coaching, speaking, and community engagement, maintaining memberships with American Corporate Partners and her church. Guided by a belief that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth, she remains passionate about helping others harness their inner strength, lead with intention, and create lasting positive change.

I attribute my success to dedication, determination, and a strong sense of self-motivation. I have always been committed to continuous learning and professional growth, embracing new opportunities to expand my knowledge through ongoing education and experience. Above all, I am driven by a desire to make a positive difference every day, believing that meaningful impact, lifelong learning, and perseverance are the foundation of lasting success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be authentically myself, advocate for my own growth, remain goal-driven, stay focused on my vision, and always give my best in everything I do. I’ve found that success comes from embracing my unique strengths, taking ownership of my career, and consistently striving for excellence with integrity and purpose.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to bring positivity to every team and every opportunity, because the energy you contribute often shapes the environment around you. Commit to continuous learning the more you know, the more you grow and never stop investing in your personal and professional development. Be open, honest, and authentic in your interactions, lead by example, and let your actions reflect the kind of leader you aspire to become.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest opportunities in my field is the growing demand for executive development, performance improvement, career development, business planning, and professional coaching. As organizations and individuals navigate constant change, there is an increasing need for leaders who can inspire growth, build resilient teams, and drive meaningful results. I am passionate about continuing to support individuals and businesses by providing the guidance, strategies, and coaching they need to achieve lasting success and reach their full potential.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are resilience, kindness, respect, and perseverance. I believe we all possess an inner strength that, when we consciously connect with it, allows us to remain focused and overcome life's challenges. I strive to treat others with compassion and respect, while maintaining the determination to never give up. No matter the obstacles, I believe in continuing to push forward with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
