Zarina (Z) Tirado is a seasoned Business Development Manager, Design Consultant, and Realtor with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing management. She brings a proven track record of achieving goals, developing strategies, and solving complex business challenges across diverse industries. Known as a respected leader and problem solver, Zarina excels in managing senior-level objectives, including staffing, budgeting, policy creation, and operational planning, while building highly motivated and effective teams.
Throughout her career, Zarina has demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing, media planning, and client relations, supporting both corporate and real estate sectors. Currently with FHIA Remodeling, she leverages her bilingual skills and deep industry knowledge to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver innovative design solutions. Her previous roles include senior sales and marketing leadership positions at Jeunesse Global, The Avon Company, and La Rosa Realty, where she consistently exceeded sales targets and mentored high-performing teams.
Zarina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Emerson College and an Associate of Science in Television Production with a minor in Child Psychology from Endicott College.
