Grateful to be featured by Influential Women and to have the opportunity to share a little about my journey, the work I am passionate about, and the values that guide how I lead. The themes that continue to show up throughout my career are simple: service, integrity, curiosity, empathy, courage, and human connection. I'm fortunate to work alongside incredible people who remind me every day that leadership is ultimately about impact and not just outcomes. Thank you to Influential Women for highlighting the stories of women who lead with purpose.

I was honored to be featured by Influential Women. When I watched the finished video, it made me reflect on the journey that brought me here. Years ago, I owned my own interior design business. That led me into luxury window coverings and over 13 years helping homeowners, builders and designers create beautiful spaces. Now I'm beginning another exciting chapter as the owner of Graze Craze Downtown San Diego. People often ask why I would start another business after an established career. The answer is simple... I love building relationships. Whether I'm helping someone transform their home or creating a grazing table for a celebration, it's never really about the product. It's about creating experiences people remember. Thank you to Influential Women for sharing my story. I'm excited for what's ahead.
