Her Interview
Ten minutes with Autumn
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the coaches, mentors, and leaders who have guided and challenged me throughout my journey. Surrounding myself with people who were where I aspired to be provided invaluable perspective, accountability, and inspiration. The discipline and sacrifices I made early in my career helped me remain focused and committed to becoming the person I envisioned. Most importantly, having a clear understanding of who I wanted to become and consistently aligning my actions with that vision has been instrumental in shaping my success.
