You can have a successful career in a field you love.

When Alice Freeman Lindsay sold over $1 million in shared hospitality revenue on her own at the WGC Dell Technologies Match Play, she knew she was onto something. Landing her first fully private hospitality sale at the Presidents Cup shortly after confirmed it. Now, as Director of Sales and Marketing for Eventive Sports, she is doing it again - this time building something from the ground up as the driving force behind the Colonial Life Charity Classic, the inaugural Korn Ferry Tour event based in Columbia, South Carolina.

With over seven years of experience in sports hospitality and event management, she has built her career on a clear philosophy: take each achievement and use it as a foundation to grow into the next level of responsibility. That approach has produced a compelling track record. She generated over $3.6 million for the Presidents Cup and achieved 250% of goal for USGA Championships - numbers that speak to a professional who doesn't just meet the bar but consistently raises it.

Her career began with the PGA TOUR, where she quickly became a top revenue producer in the Inside Sales program. From there, she moved into key roles for marquee events including the WGC Dell Technologies Match Play and the Presidents Cup, growing client portfolios and securing high-value hospitality partnerships. When she joined the United States Golf Association, she expanded her expertise beyond pure sales into service delivery, partnership execution, and program development, broadening her command of the full event lifecycle from concept through execution.

Today, at Eventive Sports, she leads sponsorship, hospitality, and grassroots marketing for a tournament that didn't exist until now. "Everything that I've drawn up and planned, I now get to see come to life," she has said of the launch. With the event approximately eight weeks from tournament day, she describes the current moment as a shift from planning to execution - less time at the office, more time on course and with clients.

“ "I think it's really been about taking each achievement and using it as a foundation to grow into the next level of responsibility and leadership."

Beyond the numbers, Lindsay is equally recognized for mentoring emerging talent and leading cross-functional teams. She holds a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, where she earned placement on both the President's and Dean's Lists, with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. She also holds credentials in Customer Success and Hospitality.

A member of WISE (Women in Sports and Entertainment), she remains active through the Junior League of Columbia, ProCamps Worldwide, and local charitable initiatives. As a woman building a career in a male-dominated industry, she carries forward advice she has lived by: "You can have a successful career in a field that you do love, regardless of being a woman in a male dominated field."

With an inaugural tournament on the horizon and a career still very much in ascent, Alice Freeman Lindsay is exactly the kind of professional this industry should have its eye on.
