A Journey of Purpose
From Teller to Transformational Leader
Influence doesn’t begin with a title—it begins with intention. For me, that intention started in 2002, when I walked into a banking center as a young mother with two small children and a vision for a better life. I began my career as a teller, not yet knowing the path ahead, but determined to build a future rooted in stability, growth, and purpose.
Banking wasn’t just a job; it was a doorway—a doorway into learning, into serving, and into discovering how deeply meaningful this work could be. I wanted to do something that mattered—something that allowed me to make a difference for individuals, families, and the communities I belonged to. Every customer, every conversation, every challenge taught me that the power of financial services goes far beyond transactions. It can transform lives.
As the years passed, I grew—not only in roles and responsibilities, but as a woman who embraced challenges, sought new opportunities, and learned to lead with both strength and compassion. I became someone who welcomes growth instead of fearing it, sees obstacles as the first step toward a breakthrough, and believes that lifting others is one of the most important measures of success.
Today, I stand in a career built on dedication, resilience, and a deep commitment to service. I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams, shaping customer experiences, and building relationships that strengthen the communities where I work and live. What began as a pursuit to provide for my family blossomed into a mission to positively impact the people around me—colleagues, customers, and community partners alike.
Being an influential woman isn’t about perfection or accolades; it’s about purpose. It’s about showing up day after day with integrity, empathy, and a willingness to grow. It’s about remembering the young mom who walked into that first banking job in 2002—hopeful, determined, and ready to build something meaningful—and honoring her by becoming the leader she dreamed of becoming.
My journey is one of continual evolution, fueled by the belief that true leadership is about service and that every woman has the power to shape the spaces she touches. If my story inspires even one person to trust their path, pursue growth, or find purpose in their work, then I consider that my greatest accomplishment.
