Bridgett's journey into entrepreneurship developed through years of experience in healthcare and insurance services. Working closely with families allowed her to see how frequently people struggled to locate coordinated, dependable support.
A senior might need assistance with daily activities but also face transportation challenges. A veteran might qualify for services but not know how to access them. A family caregiver might be exhausted and unaware that respite care is available. Another individual might need safe housing, employment support, or help understanding insurance benefits.
These experiences taught Bridgett that people's needs rarely exist in isolation.
Her response was to create a broader service model—one built around the whole person. Loving Me More Being a Better You provides personalized in-home assistance while connecting individuals with resources that support their health, independence, and overall quality of life.
The organization has expanded its reach across personal care, companionship, respite care, veteran services, wellness education, CPR certification, and community outreach. Bridgett has also positioned the company to work with multiple referral sources and payer programs, including Medicaid waiver services, area agencies on aging, private-pay families, long-term care insurance, and veterans receiving authorized community-based care.
For Bridgett, diversification is not simply a business strategy. It is a way to reduce gaps in care.

Through JBella Community Outreach LLC, she is developing adult shared-living options intended to support veterans, seniors, individuals rebuilding their lives, and people experiencing housing instability.
She is also expanding CPR and safety training opportunities to help caregivers and community members become better prepared to respond during emergencies.
Although these ventures serve different needs, they share one purpose: creating pathways toward safety, stability, independence, and renewed confidence.
Bridgett's work challenges entrepreneurs to think beyond a single service. Communities benefit most when organizations recognize how healthcare, housing, employment, education, and family support are connected.
A person cannot focus completely on wellness without stable housing. A family cannot safely maintain a loved one at home without reliable caregivers. A caregiver cannot perform confidently without training. A veteran cannot use a benefit they do not understand or cannot access.
