CPTSD Might Not Be in the DSM-5, But It Is Very Real
I have personally struggled with CPTSD since my teenage years, when something horrible happened to me over the course of four to five years.
I decided to create this website to provide a place where people can find acceptance, support, and understanding. I was never able to find this kind of understanding from others myself, so I'm hoping this website will help people like me.
Those who do not feel accepted. Those who feel unloved and alone. You are loved, and you are not alone.
Please take what you need and leave what you don't. Free forever and always available.
